Filing a complaint

Épargne Placements Québec is committed to taking complaints seriously and using them to improve its services. We have put in place a three-step process to facilitate resolution of dissatisfaction and ensure that complaints are handled in a fair manner.

Before filing a complaint, please make sure you have already notified us of your dissatisfaction by calling 1-833-485-6021. Please leave your contact information and describe the subject of your dissatisfaction. You can then discuss the matter with an agent. Most dissatisfactions are resolved at this stage.

If you are still dissatisfied, you can continue by filling in the service quality complaint form.
