To redeem any of your savings products, according to the specifications of the product, you (or, as the case may be, your representative or his attorney) just have to call Épargne Placements Québec.
By electronic funds transfer
If you have provided us with your banking information and a specimen personal cheque (i.e. a cheque mentioning your name, your account number and your financial institution’s contact information), redemption is carried out by electronic funds transfer.
When the request is made before 2 p.m., allow 24 hours for the electronic funds transfer. If the redemption request is made after 2 p.m. or the day prior to the maturity date of the product, allow 48 hours. You must also take into account non-business days.
If we do not have your banking information, you will receive a cheque in the mail within 10 business days of the redemption date.
