If you have amounts available for redemption, you can redeem them through a fund transfer to the bank account indicated in your profile. For more information on how to add or change your contact information, please visit the Banking information and address webpage.

Investment Savings and TFSA accounts

If you wish to redeem a product held in an Investment Savings or TFSA account, you can do so online by accessing the “Online transactions” section. If you have not already done so, you must first fill out the “Obtain your user code” form to log on to the “Online transactions” section for the first time. You can then request a redemption by following this path: Online transactions > Operations > Sales.

RRSP, RRIF, LIRA and LIF accounts

Products held in RRSP, RRIF, LIRA or LIF accounts cannot be redeemed online. You must call us using the contact information on the How to reach us page. Please have your participant number and banking information on hand.

Intermediaries

If you purchased your products from a sales agent authorized by Épargne Placements Québec (financial security advisor, financial planner or securities broker), please contact them to redeem your products.

In the “Online transactions” section, you can also request a redemption, in whole or in part, from a Flexi-Plus Savings product or a Periodic Savings Plan held in an Investment Savings or TFSA account. If you have not already done so, you must first fill out the “Obtain your user code” form to log on to the “Online transactions” section for the first time. You can then request a redemption by following this path: Online transactions > Operations > Sales.
