You must notify us immediately of any changes to your banking or contact information. You can do this simply through the “Online Transactions” section of our website. If you have not already done so, you must first Obtain your user code to log on to the “Online transactions” section for the first time.
If you wish to add or change your banking information, you can do so online by following this access path: Online Transactions > Profile > Bank Information. Any changes will be effective immediately and you will be able to make transactions right away.
Otherwise, you can send us a personalized specimen cheque marked “Void” (i.e., a cheque with your name, account number and financial institution’s information). Any changes will be made within three business days of receiving the document. You can proceed online by following this access path: Online Transactions > Transmission of Documents > Add or Change Bank Information.
You can change your contact information online by following this access path: Online Transactions > Profile > Contact Information. Any changes will be effective on the date specified by you.
Changes to your province or country cannot be made on the website. If you need to make a change to this information, you must contact us by phone using the information provided on the How to reach us page. Please have your participant number on hand.
