Banking information and address
You must notify us immediately of any changes to your banking or contact information. You can do this simply through the Online Transactions section of our website. If you have not already done so, you must first obtain your user code to log on to the “Online transactions” section for the first time.
Banking Information
It is possible to add or modify your bank information instantly. You can proceed online by following this path: Live Transactions > Profile > Bank information. The change will be effective immediately and you will be able to do transactions instantly.
By mail
You can mail us a personalized cheque specimen marked “void,” that is, a cheque with your name, account number and financial institution information.
Once we have received the cheque specimen, Épargne Placements Québec will mail you a letter, after which you will need to contact our call centre.
Contact Information
You can change your contact information online by following this access path: Online Transactions > Profile > Contact Information. Any changes will be effective on the date specified by you.
Changes to your province or country cannot be made on the website. If you need to make a change to this information, you must contact us by phone using the information provided on the How to reach us page. Please have your participant number on hand.
